WHAT TO WEAR
  • short tight pants - bare legs and thighs for better grip on the pole

  • sleeveless tops - the insides of your upper arms help with gripping the pole

  • no jewelry - to prevent the poles from scratches as well as for your safety

  • no lotions - as this makes gripping very hard and slips may cause injury.

  • good supporting bra

  • bare foot

WHAT TO BRING
  • Face or hand towel

  • Water

  • Long sleeve top to help avoid rips when needed

PRICING AND ETHICS
  • $15 per class

  • Recommend 2 classes a week.

  • Important:

You will be liable for the class fee if not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Be on time.

Dress appropriate for class.

Payments to be made in advance every month.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We all know that Pole Fitness has different aspects and they all need to be respected. We get to choose which aspect we enjoy most and at my studio we will be focusing on pure fitness and not dancing.

​

I teach spins, tricks, combinations and transitions but I do not make use of high heels and I do not encourage pole dance as such. 

​

I focus on building strength, increasing flexibility, loosing weight and getting a full body workout while having lots of fun. 

I am results driven and passionate about fitness, looking good and feeling great.
